Hi Guys,
I have recently been informed by Festool that the CARVEX ACCESSORY KIT - item 497709 is on back order from Festool USA. Item seems to more popular than expected, I guess.
This does not affect the CARVEX JIGSAWS.
This morning, I have indicated on my site that this item is on back order, with no set date yet from Festool for availability. HOWEVER, I was informed they are being air freighted over, so the inconvenience will be short lived.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU?
Well, for my customers, this "only" affects those who ordered very recently and I will notify those few via email. And for these customers, you can let me know if you'd like to wait until the next shipment arrives from Festool USA or cancel that item and purchase elsewhere. To my customers affected, who choose not to cancel that kit, I will honor my free UPS 2 DAY Shipping, when back in stock.
To those others ordering elsewhere, as well as my customers ordering elsewhere, it may be prudent to ask your online-dealer, if in fact, they will have enough in stock to cover your purchase. All we dealers have preorderd different amounts and all have different numbers of customers who have the kit on order.
I feel obligated to notify all potential Carvex Accessory Kit purchasers of the CURRENT back order status, so that they may make their decisions wisely.
Hopefully, these kits will be in ASAP. I do apologize in advance for any inconvenience incurred to by customers.
