Anyone else have this issue? Any drag caused by the hose simply yanks it out of the base. I guess the tabs have gotten bent such that it no longer locks firmly in place, but a visual inspection doesn't reveal any obvious problems. Fortunately, a replacement is less than $4 according to EKAT (10003650). Just a bit annoying.
