Needed to do a little cutting, so I went to see if I could hang my Carvex in my old Makita table saw top & of course, it will not fit. So made my own quick & dirty top. I used the TS guide plate(which is altered to work with both Festool and Makita rails, If you look closely the right side of the rail guide the 7 nubs are cut flush to except the Makita rails and the Incra rail), an Incra rail & a piece of oak to hold the saw to the table( which will be place in my router table at sometime later). Drilled a 5/8" hole into the top centered the saw and the rails, screwed the rails into the table on the underside. Clamped it to my bench and cut the work that I needed cut, All done in 1/2 an hour.

Sometimes I really miss my old Makita 8 1/4" table saw, could hang my 3 hp router on one side & my jig saw on the other, was really a trim carpenters dream come true. A Hammer you could tae to the job site.
