CDD12 batteries

Are batteries for the CDD 12 still available and if so, for how long?  I haven't noticed any degradation in the batteries I have but having recently replaced batteries on a different manufacturers drill that is older has me wondering if at some point in the future, my Festool drill will become worthless.

Festool has a commitment to supporting discontinued products with spare parts and accessories for a minimum of 7 years after its discontinued.
