Centrotec BH 60 stuck bit

Ah, fun with centrotec adapters.

Stuck a Wiha 2" phillips in the BH60 and now it won't come out.  It moves away from the magnet, but somehow cannot get past the detents.

This has happened once or twice and every time by some fluke or twist, it came out with little force.  Is there a trick to this when it happens or was I just lucky 2 out of 3?

FWIW, I managed to get it out.  This issue seems more pronounced with Wiha bits that have the shoulder.  Other 2" bits sometimes get a bit sticky, but their looser tolerances allow the detent ring to spin a bit more freely and not bind.

The Wiha is too tight and requires procedurally wiggling at 0deg, 30deg, 60deg, etc until that ring rotates and shifts just enough to not block the shoulder.  Sometimes I require a few full rotations to get it 'just right'.
