Changing TS75 housing - how to swap the rotor

Our saw got dropped and it broke this housing.  I have everything apart but I can't figure out how to get the rotor out and I don't want to risk damaging anything.  How does this come out?
I already have a replacement housing, just need to swap this over.

Not sure how much commonality they share, but here's a tear down vid of the TS-55:

Here at 2:27 he removes it (TS55) in a second, but I don't understand how. Try frame by frame?

BTW, he does full disassembly of several other FT tools in his videos.

Thank you everyone for the help.  I figured it out.  The bearing is a press fit and just requires a little bit of pressure from the saw side to press it out of the housing.

Thanks [member=15585]Svar[/member] for the reference to the tear down vids - definitely a good resource to know about.

Also, for anyone who is unaware, under the youtube video settings (to access the settings click the icon I've circled in red below):

...one has the ability to speed up or slowdown the playback speed. Definitely need to slow down the playback of the Ukranian-guy's fast motion video to understand what technique he employs for removing the rotor.

Sorry to hijack the thread [member=71845]luke1980[/member], but how did you remove plunging assembly from the frame? Is pivot shaft press fit? Which direction to push to remove it?

He's from Ukraine, runs a studio, awesome dude. But videos are indeed narrated in Russian.

Correction noted.

Great channel BTW - more to watch! :)

That pin is a press fit.  It gets pushed out towards the knurled end.  IIRC, it gets pushed out away from the blade... towards the red arrow in your picture.

The gear housing is at the center of the saw. So to replace the housing I had to disassemble both the blade side AND the motor side.

What I learned.
The motor will only slide off the rotor after the brushes are removed. The gold things are the brushes. The brushes are spring loaded. We used mechanic pick to Push on the grey magnet. We pushed on the magnet where it touches the rotor. The brushes are very soft magnets that will chip and break very easy. BE VERY GENTLE! We used the pick that is curved so we could twist the pick to retract the magnet. Then we lifted the whole assembly out. Once both gold assembly are removed the motor slips over the shaft.

Holding the drive shaft with the white fan in one hand, gently tap the housing until The shaft and the housing become separated

Just a reminder the trigger and handle assembly must be disassembled before removing the drive shaft

The saw side must also be disassembled to get all the way down to removing the gear cover under the saw blade .
