I just finished this yesterday for my step-daughter's bathroom.

nice cabinet.
is the middle rail of the door applied over the panel?
what are you useing for runners of the doors, is there a beiring ing there or is it wood to wood

Erik,

Very nice details.  I am having a bit of trouble imagining the dimensions and whether this is a wall mounted or lower cabinet.  Also as usual, we all want to know about the finish, especially since it will be in a bathroom with all that humidity.

Great job.  Love cherry.

Thanks. The middle rail is installed over the plywood panel. The runner is wood to wood and seems to operate very smoothly. I'd thought about getting some of that low-friction tape, but it's not necessary.
It stands about 22" tall, (that's a 13" notebook next to it for scale) and is meant to be freestanding next to the toilet and easily reachable from toilet. I used sliding doors because the space was not sufficient for hinged doors.

Beautiful piece! The grain composition you made with the door panels really makes it sing.
