Chip collection bag SB-TSC

Does any one have experience of this dust collection bag and know if there is any reason it wouldn't work on a corded TS 55 saw?  I haven't looked at the bag or the cordless saw so the answer to my question might be obvious.

You have to buy an adaptor to use the bag on the corded saw . The dust extraction on the video looks very good but the bag fills up fast.

Indeed you can replace the hose adapter on the TS 55 with the one from the TSC 55.
This one can accept either the dust bag or hose.
Part number is 10015824 at €12,84.

Thanks for that.  I will call Festool and order the part. It would be useful for small jobs when haven't got dust extractor to hand.  [thanks]

I've been using the dust bag that came with the Bosch 3" planer.For the times I need to make one or two cuts it works and fits great. As was said it fills fast, the only problem is that in large letters is "Bosch" [embarassed]

Thanks for the idea, I might do this on my Makita 2x18v cordless saw. I just need to find the dust nozzle though, that is NAINA. Its like a 2 dollar part, yet frustratingly difficult to obtain.

No need to call Festool - it looks like it's a dealer-stocked item (or at least, they can order it for you):
