Clamp rail for lid

How do you mount this.

I got it through Japan woodwerker/mysystainer.  It came with two blocks that fit into the raised grid pattern on the underside of the lid and two screws to mount the rail to the blocks.  I tried double sided adhesive but its cold here and the tape failed quickly.  Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hello Woodsman,

Sorry for the inconvenience.
The best way to attach the clamp rail, is to us super glue or any type of glue you have like the 3M spray adhesive to fix the 2 blocks to the lid of the systainer and use the screw to fix it to the blocks/lid.
