Guys,  I'm super impressed with this jig. 
This will likely be a stupid question,  my apologies.
What are the dimensions,  most particular the thickness.
How do you ensure the holes are perfectly aligned - - - or does it matter?
Any sketch or drawings is appreciated.

It's a very common design. The holes aren't that important as they're just used for clamping surfaces, as is the back of the clamp. The dimensions don't really matter either; it's all about what sort of project you'll use them on. The only critical design element is obviously that you get a true 90 degrees.
