I have CMS GE and would like to use the Incra LS Super System with it. Could I get some advice on how to attach this using 80/20? Here is the example another member posted: http://www.fine-tools.com/incra-base-assembly.html. The CMS GE has a v-groove but no t slot. The article says it’s a 30mm x 120mm but I am only able to find a 40mm x 120mm. Also, not sure how its being attached/locked down to the CMS GE. In this post Richard and Dave show using 1515 hanging onto the v-groove http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-jigs-tool-enhancements/more-fun-with-8020/60/. But again I am not sure how to secure it.
From there I would like to use the same 80/20 setup and connect it to a MFT/3. With the LS fence on the 80/20 extension I should have enough crosscut room for my typical cuts. The Precision plate is a great second option here but I am trying to maximize my crosscut length. It would be really nice if I could get a pivot (http://www.mcmaster.com/#80/20-compatible-t-slotted-framing/=us0aln) as part of the 80/20 extensions so after using the parallel guides when breaking down plywood I can lower the Incra base below the MFT/3 to square up the sheet. I want to thank you all who have shared their pics and posts on the Incra LS with MFT and CMS VL (I wish I had purchased the CMS VL now).
Thank you, Storm
