Will the Festool Sliding Table (492100) mount to the Kapex table?

When you say, "Kapex table", do you mean the MFT/3 Kapex or the Kapex itself?
The CMS Sliding Table hangs from the upward facing v-groove of the CMS so, theoretically, it could work. I don't think the thumbscrew mounts would work for you out-of-the-box but I could be wrong...

I was referring to the MFT/Kapex. I'm going to convert one of mine to a portable router table

As Tom mentioned the sliding table for the CMS will rest on the V-groove of the MFT's but the thumb screws that attach it to the CMS will not work.

If it attaches to the vault groove then it should be the same height as the table. If that is true then I can modify or fabricate a bracket for the thumb screws

You can adjust it so that it will be the same height with 3 allen screws on the top of the rail.
