Has anyone built their own MFT-esque work table and got it to work with a CMS VL (not GE) router table? I'm looking at Ron Paulk's workbench, which is much bigger than the MFT. I'm thinking about modifying Paulk's workbench to accommodate the CMS VL router table.

I've been wondering the same thing ... One thought is to attach a wooden or metal support rail to my work bench that the CMS would rest on and then clamp the CMS and work bench together underneath. Less elegant than attaching to an MFT rail. Have you considered this?

You can email him  [unsure]

Its's like an entire side business for him and I can see him with version twelve.

All you would need to do is attach a piece of wood to the edge of the workbench that has a v groove cut into it.  If you don't have a pointed v groove bit you could use two thinner pieces of wood and use a chamfer bit.  Then attached the two pieces together to form the v groove.
