Colliflower Slide and Snap ZCI for Kapex

Installed last night. Very nice addition to the Kapex!

Looks great! One item of note to everyone is: There are two "pockets" in the Slide and Snap. The inner pocket (beginning about an inch from the end) is where one slides the insert into/out of the ZCI. If one tries to slide the insert out of/partially out of the Snap pocket (the pocket on the end), it won't go as well.

Recycling an old post. Has anybody heard from this guy. I made a purchase in April of this year, paid for in advance and no word from them in A8 months. Bad businessman.
 
Active or inactive, if 8 months have passed with no responses from the vendor (his website has no phone # listed), the chances of getting the purchase or a refund are next to zero, I'm afraid.

Something like this happened years ago with a premium handsaw maker and vendor who took money but failed to respond to his customers.

If they're out of business, that's too bad as I thought they had some good and useful products.
 
His contractors permit lapsed a couple of months ago, although the compnay appears to still have insurance coverage. Mind you, the LLC is registered as a contractor.
Seems there is something persobal going on, but I am not into speculation, so…
It is a shame the company is on hiatus, b/c their ZCI for the Kapex is a pretty good product. I have three spare inserts, so okay for a while.
 
I put in a Colliflower order on Oct 10… and sent a status inquiry on Oct 29, and got a same day auto response, and the live response the next day. I emailed back that I wasn’t in a hurry, just wanted to make sure the order hadn’t fallen through a crack in that AWS outage. I received everything around Nov 10th I think…
