Coming out of the closet?!?!

Well I have been enjoying reading and learning all I can about the different things that my tools can help me do.  I have had a CT22 since may 08, I have a broken part that holds the wheel and brake and lever.  The plastic broke and the spring loaded brake plunger sticks or does not engage some times.  Kind of annoying hearing move around in the back of the Suburban.  Oh, the RO125 is fantastic, the accessories for the vac are addictive, the sandpaper is the best, systainers (don't have to sing their praises), cant wait to add the 55 and OF1400 and......    My question is this, is this part covered under warranty, do I call Festool USA?  Thank you all, now I need to go put some cortisone lotion on this green rash I have.

I don't know if your part is covered under warranty but call the service department and find out. I doubt they'd charge you knowing they gave you a green rash!!

As far as I know, ALL parts are covered under the warranty, other than consumables.  As Dan said, call Festool and your problem should be quickly resolved.
