Is this or any of the new May products going to be available in 110V. This and the reunification would be awesome for terrazzo works. Cutting tiles out with guide rail and using renofix for polishing down the resin joins and bolt hole repairs.

Hi
All the renovation machines are 240v - we are aware of the need for 110v but this will not be any time soon. The Powerhub will also be 240v along with the HD extractor.

I'm Australian, but am assuming these are the same products, and hope you don't mind responding!

I do a lot of work at the moment removing and replacing tile grout in commercial kitchens, currently using a multi-tool. This is epoxy grout, and the tiles are generally spaced at 3-6mm.

- Do you think the freehand model would be an appropriate tool for this application?

- An advantage of the multi-tool is that no dust is thrown about or floats off in the air. What's the dust collection like?

- Is it at all possible to use a standard CT26, or is a self-cleaning model strictly necessary?

Thanks for any thoughts.

Hi Ben
Yes the machines are the same.
Yes the F.H would be good for this work.
Dust collection is fantastic with the FH - virtually none left behind.
Use of the A.C version is the recommended way due to the fine dust size.
Hope this helps
