Connector set EV/32-Set and rail systems

I know this is new to the market and their is not much or no real world applications. There are time we do rail work see attached pics. I am wondering if there would be a way to use this in lieu of rail bolts. We currently use the zip bolt  rail bolt and it is along the same lines as this concept.

I would need a solid plug instead of the removable units. Just some thoughts if anyone would venture a guess if it would possibly work?
