Conturo glue missing

Hi all.  Hoping to figure this one out.

My control seems to miss a bead or two sometimes of glue towards the middle of my piece.

Is there a fix for this?

Sorry I can't recommend a specific remedy, but a couple of days ago mine (after running flawlessly for about 150') started omitting the glue for the first 3 to 6  inches.  I run mine with the glue volume turned down about 6 to 8 clicks from the center (default) position.  I raised the volume 2 clicks and it started working perfectly again.  Then I lowered the volume back to where I always run it and it worked perfectly for the rest of the job.

If you using the puck colour changing process to dump glue from the bottom of the machine this will usually clean the extruders.

In my case the problem was caused by saw dust stuck on the pucks when loaded into the machine.  It clogged the holes preventing the glue from coming out in some spots
