The engineers have been consulting with me about how we are going to go about building this one. It's going to have a lot of angles and a big projection made of solid surface, with the lower area covered in quartz.
I don't know exactly when it's going to hit though, I have several carts full of parts staged in my area, since I am finally done with the 8th (last) of the big nurse stations. So, it's probably at least a couple of jobs down the line. I shaved a few more hours off of this last one too, down to just over 32 hours. The first one was started on March 30th and took nearly 60 hours, but some of that was working out the jigs and doing the kerf cutting for the cones of the first four sets, and changing the design to make them easier to build.
The project manager went out to the job site and is supposed to get some pics of the final assembly/install for me, but I haven't seen them yet.
Plus I have the display table of the front office lobby to get finished before the big open-house next month. That will be pretty wild too.
