Festool wins on accuracy and cut quality, middling on power, great on adjustments, middling on dust collection, 2nd on track overall (behind Bosch)...

Their order:

2) Festool
3) Makita XGT

7) Bosch
8) Metabo HPT
9) DeWalt
10) Kreg
11) Rigid
12) Ryobi

But Festool is much cheaper than the Mafell, so it's a value saw, for some definition of value.

Given my experience with the 36v makita, I am surprised Makita came in third.

Maybe in part it did because the little wheels that take the slop out when using a track are OK until they wear down.

And maybe they didn't use two tracks and see how the guide rails on the tracks don't have the same thickness.
