Two story corner window,
Laminated Douglas Fir, dadoed sides reinforced with 14mm dominoes,
Mitered corners with 14 mm dominos.
TB3, stainless screws at mitres, grks through frame to house.
Sealed units glazed to each other at corner and flashed with sikaflex and powder coated aluminum flashing,
Used of1400, ts55 snd xl700.
Aside from dressing material in shop thus was built on site.

The beauty of Festool is you can take the workshop to the site and create just what is required, nicely proven again by your project. [big grin]

Really nice work! Did you build the entire window casing? If you have any more pics of the assembly process that would be interesting to see. Are you located on the mainland or on Vancouver Island?
 
Yes, l built the entire casing,
There is no pics of process unfortunately.
The casing was 3x8 kd fir, we rabbeted to accept glass, flashing and an aluminum flange.
The sides were dadoed to accept cross members. The outside mitres were dominoed for strength.
We used argon filled, double panes sealed units.
The outer glazing is a rabbeted 1x3 which is screwed and siliconed to the casing,
I am on Vancouver Island. West of Victoria.
