I just wanted to share a quick crosscut sled I made the other day.
I find it faster, safer and more accurate to use for crosscuts than calibrating the angular fence or the sliding table.
The two tracks for the clamps make it so easy for the slidin sled.
With the CS 70 may be more difficult as it only has 1 track.

Hope this may help someone someday

Hi
Thanks for this. I've been struggling to keep the sliding table & mitre gauge square, so I've been thinking about this. What are your components made of?

Yeah my sliding table tends to result in huge arcs... no straight cuts

Looks like MDF base and Plywood fences.

Only just noticed it's from 4 years ago
