CSX Question

Does the CSX come with 1.3 Ah batteries or are they 1.5 Ah?  I've been under the impression it's been updated to 1.5 Ah, but I only find 1.3 at retailers.  Is the difference significant?

Current inventory being shipped to dealers should be 1.5ah. There would be approximately 15% more battery life.

Let me add to the confusion, isn't Battery #497520 a 12 volt battery for the CXS also,
Can the CXS run safely on the 12 volt battery as all others are 10.8 volt

Sal, that battery is 10.8v, 1.3Ah and was the original battery for the CXS. The only batteries for the CXS are 10.8v.

The new battery, 1.5Ah is this one: 498617

All of the tools that claim 12 volt max are 10.8, no matter what the brand.
