CT15 Discontinued?

Was looking up some specs for the CT15 this morning on Festool USA and it's no longer listed. I've been hearing that FTUSA was planning on discontinuing the CT25 after the current stock is depleted but was under the impression that the CT15 would remain?

I just noted that the CT15 is designed in Germany...does that mean it's made in somewhere else?

It doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The tops are identical and tubs interchangeable, why eliminate either?

A dealer told me that FTUSA was going to discontinue the CT25 mainly because it was the slowest seller. Evidently, they're cutting not only people but also models and one of the Customer Service Reps told me that they are also cutting bringing in Systainer inserts to the USA now as well. I learned that when I called seeking an insert for the OF2200.

But *now* you can think of it as... order a 2200 and you're getting the systainer insert along with a free router.
