If you can still find them in stock, you can now save an additional 10% off on CT 22 and CT 33 models at participating Festool dealers effective immediately.

CT 33 $580.00 $522.00 USD

Package pricing related to the CT 22 and CT 33 will remain the same as currently published, with no additional discount provided. In other words, there is no additional discount for purchasing it as a package with a tool.
 
I haven't been on the Festool bandwagon that long Shane, and I was just wondering if 10% was the usual discount when an item is being discontinued/replaced.  I would have thought more would have been offered.  Like in this case, a free 5 pack of bags on top of that would maybe have pushed them out the door faster. 
 
@Kevin, I don't know that there is a "standard discount" for discontinued tools per se. For instance, the C12 is currently discounted 25% from its original catalog pricing.

@Zapdafish, Festool continues to carry accessories for discontinued tools for a minimum of seven years.
 
Well, there are some dealers where you can pick up one at a great discounted price if you were wondering where to get in on the deal.
 
I guess this doesn't bode well for those of us that are thinking of trying to sell their CT 22.  [tongue]

Kind of kicking myself now for not waiting.
 
i am in the market for festool vac still to high for me the economy is hurting pretty bad i will be willing to look at used ones if people want to upgrade

The only down side to buying used is shipping isn't cheap for a larger item like a vac, so you're pretty much limited to finding one local.  Craigslist is your friend, good luck.
