CT 26 E problem - Starts for 1/4 sec then shutsdown

I have a Ct 26 E I purchased in 2018.  Just started having a problem today.  If I turn it on manual, the motor will start for about 1/4 sec then turn off.  If I turn off and back on, same think.  Does not work on Auto either.  ANy ideas?  Is there any troubleshooting guide and/or schematic?  At this point my first thing to look at will be the electronics board.  Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
