I recently purchased 2 ETS EC 150/3 sanders on a closeout sale. Yesterday I changed the pad from the super soft to soft on one of them. To test it out, I just plugged the sander into a wall outlet next to my sanding station. Plugged into the same circuit is a MIDI vac that is set to auto start & the sanders I use at the sanding station are plugged into the vac.
When I turned on the ETS EC 150/3 sander that is not plugged into the MIDI, the MIDI turned on.
I plugged in the 2nd ETS EC 150/3 sander into the wall outlet & it also activated the MIDI.
The MIDI only runs for a few seconds & then shuts of.
I tried this with several other Festool tools, but none of them activated the MIDI.
Why does this happen?
