CT Midi outlet replacement

Hi guys,
I have a CT Midi that I purchased about 3 years ago and the outlet on the front of the vac has gotten very sloppy. It is not unusual for me to have to replug in my tools multiple times durning their use because any movement of the tool or the hose hitting the power cord pulls the plug out of the outlet. What is the best way to resolve this issue? Can I order the replacement part somewhere online, or do I have to take it to an authorized dealer and wait for them to have it fixed?

there is a slot screw in the middle of the plug tighten it

Ecat has had plugs or have your retailer get one for you. If you are comfortable doing minor repairs, this one is a simple undue a dozen screws and plug in the new plug, then start screwing again. If not, send it in.
