CT Midi plug lost its ground pin

I don't know how it happened [embarassed], but my CT Midi lost its ground pin.
Outside of cutting off the plug and replacing it, would this be covered under the festoon warranty?
Other options will be entertained.

You should contact Festool for a definitive answer on whether or not it is a warranty claim.  The phone number is conveniently on a label on your Midi.  Make sure that you have the manufacture date or sales date with you when you call - especially if you don't know if the tool was registered.
