CT Midi Vacuum shutting off

This is my first post and I'm getting ready to send my CT midi in for repair but thought I would see if anyone on here might know my issue.  When I use my vacuum on cutting things that create fine dust like MDF, my vacuum shuts down immediately.  I replaced my bag sever times, it does not help. I have to hit the power button off then back on again to get it to work.  It will cut plywood all day long. It's almost like there is a sensor somewhere that is shutting it down.  Any help would be appreciated.

Is this a MIDI with knob controls, or a MIDI-I with touch controls?

Are you using a standard bag when cutting?

Is the bag dry?

Is the material dry?

There is a water sensor in the tub that will shut off the motor when using it as a wet vac, but that would only trip if you were cutting wet material and not using a bag, and it should theoretically require a closed circuit between the pins themselves.
