CT Vac Orientation

This is probably a very dumb question, but is there any reason I can’t or shouldn’t use my CT36 with the dust port facing up in the air, rather than forward?  I attached a picture of what I want to do, and I can’t think of any reason why it would be a problem when it’s not being wheeled around, but I just want to make sure it won’t cause some problem I’m not thinking of down the road.

As the bag fills, with will be against the filter, the material in the bag will block airflow.  When operated normaly, the material is building up in the bag opposite the filter.  So if it does block the filter, it's full anyway.

Ahhh that makes sense.  Well, that’s why I asked, I figured there might be something I wasnt thinking about.  Thanks for the help.

You could put it on a shelf up higher though, or on top of a cabinet.

Yeah, I was actually just looking at trying to make something like that work.
