Hi all, new to the message board.

I was wondering how to correctly attach the boom-arm to the base of my ct26e. I have used two circular clamps to stop it from spinning which works but I'm  sure it's not correct. Without them the lower section of of arm rotates causing the whole thing to spin around rather than just the top section.

Am I missing a part or have I installed it incorrectly?

Picture attached,
Thank you!

Hi welcome, mine is on a 33, but looks similar ,the axel (pin) is held by two thumb screws so only the top rotates. guy

Hi, welcome!

- Could you have mounted the lower section upside down?
There’s a half circle “notch” that protrudes and sits outside the socket at the bottom half socket of the CT26 handle base - shown in your photo.

Thank you for the replies! I will check if it is installed upside-down down

Cheers!
