I ordered one of the CT36 units off the recon site last week. It was scheduled to be delivered at the beginning of this week. I just received this notice from UPS:
"I regret to inform you that, there has been no movement of the package from 05/21/24. For any package that has no updates for more than 24 hours and already passed the scheduled delivery date, it is considered as lost or missing and further research is needed so that our team scouts help us locate it. I would suggest you contact the shipper so that he can start an investigation as to why the package has not been received by you."
Such a bummer. I used the message form on the recon site to ask what the next steps are and if they could ship me out another. If they don't have any more CT36, I would happily take a MIDI.
Does anyone have any experience with customer service from the recon site?
