Cts Mini not running properly

Hey all,
Every once in a while my mini neglects to run w my tools or shuts down in the middle of use. I usually have to manually flip the selector switch back to manual until it runs and then back to auto and it works. It's starting to happen about 4-5 times /day but I don't really have the time to send it back for repair.
Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I would suggest that you call the Festool Service and talk to them on the phone.  They are great at diagnosis and sometimes can offer assistance without the end to send in the machines.  The number should be on all your tools.

Hey friend, this probably is not related to your situation, but FYI everyone;

On a jobsite a while back my ct22 kept shutting off. I tried shutting it off and re-starting. It would not start up at first, but after a few minutes it would be good to go, then shut down again. After dealing with this several times I started snooping around and come to find out Sparkie had the spider box I was plugged into running 220. After connecting to a proper power supply it worked fine and has been running perfect ever since...
