Current version of the CMS Router Table vs the original.

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone give me a short summary of the original CMS Router Table compared to the current one?  I have the opportunity to pick up one that is 5 years old, but I understand there were some changes/improvements made in the current model.

With the original you mean the Basis Plus?

No, did not mean the Basis Plus.  I was sure I had seen a part number that was different than the 203158, for the CMS-GE package.  Now I am doubting my thinking.  Can someone confirm for me that the current 203158 package is the same as it was when it came out?  It's why I am here, to get set straight.  Thanks.

When I bought mine in 2013, it was sold under the part number P00111.  It's the same thing as the current model, as near as I can tell.

I do not know what the differences were or if there were any differences at all. I do know that there were 3 different part numbers and maybe that will help you investigate the issue.

They made it into the regular Festool catalog in 2013 as P00111, complete set & P00112, table only.

In the regular Festool catalog in 2016 they were renumbered to 5700 0026, complete set & 5700 0027, table only.

In the regular Festool catalog in 2017-2021 they were renumbered again to 203158 & 203159.

Also looking at the 2013, 2016 & 2017 catalogs, there is no mention of any changes or additional features between the model number changes.
