Can anyone let me know if the guide wheel behind the blade rotates ?

Just in case anyone else needs to know it should rotate, so if sending yours to Festool uk be repaired you may need to mention this as mine has been in twice and it still doesn't rotate.

I have 3 Carvex saws. The rollers rotate on all 3, but I lubricate them.
The roller is just a piece of steel on a steel shaft. It is no different than any other steel to steel high speed moving parts. If they are not lubricated the parts will fail.

Do you keep your roller lubricated?
