Have any of you made or had made custom foam inserts for sustainers to hold hand tool sets?

I really like the idea of the drawer inserts made by Foam Fit Tools, but they don't currently have options for sustainers, and their custom shop doesn't currently have time.

I have numerous Craftsman socket, wrench and driver sets that I'd like to store in systainers  with foam inserts like the one Veritas developed for their drilling kit:

I have access to a CNC router - if I can find digital templates for the tools it would be easy to design up some inserts.

Any thoughts?

If you decided on something that others here at the FOG also wanted and got enough numbers you could most likely get there attention.

Put me on the list for the inserts as well. Craftsman sets of sockets and wrenches would be perfect in a systainer

Maybe i could look at putting together either a Craftsman based ratchet set in a systainer/mini-systainer, or a Wera Zyklop Metal...

Any idea where to get foam like they use?  I know some have used those exercise mats (or similar floor mats).  Multi-color would be neater.

I have access to a laser cutter/engraver. I've been wanting to try to laser cut some inserts out of Kaizen foam.
Does anyone know where I can get accurate spec sheets of the inside systainer dimensions?

I'll try it out this week.
