Hello everyone, I just finished up my latest project for my girlfriend who attends UK. I wanted to share it with everyone, feel free to provide any feedback. It is made out of cherry and walnut.

Very nice. As a bit of constructive criticism, you seem to have misspelled the logo. It should read:

Louisville Cardinals.

Also, it should be red.

Joking aside, I'm sure she'll like this quite a bit. Good job.

Thanks for the nice comments. I took the top to a local sign shop where my friend works. We put it on a very large printer that is used to make signs. Once we designed the logo with her name we just hit the print button. The ink done at 60% so the wood grain could still be seen. I plan on using this method for other custom logo items.
