On the Grex I made the background on the left side various transparencies of the green.  I could do the same for the red of the Milwaukee or the yellow on the Dewalt.

Is there any way you could change the grey and green to white so they match the white like on Festool labels as well as remove the charger and battery on the M18? Is there anything I can do for you?

What do you print on? Heavy card stock?

I've printed on Teslin ID cards and laminated with a cheap thermal laminator before, but my labels are not nearly as nice as the ones here.  I do stick a piece of double stick turners tape between the card and the systainer to secure them.

I print them on a color laser, and then trim them and then laminate them.  Then I use double stick tape and slide them in the slot on the Systainer.  I have thought about buying a printer that prints color on plastic cards.

There are trays available that fit many printers and then the cards are simply placed in the tray and printed. Check to see if there is an auxiliary tray available for your printer.
