I've seen a couple of initial reviews of the Cutech and it looks like tremendous value for the money, I'm just curious now that you've had it for more than 4 years, are you still as enamored with it as you were when you first wrote your review? Any major issues or concerns?
I wish they would have used a standard carbide insert. 14x14x2 is very standard and can be had easily. It looks like they use 14.25x14.25 size which is an odd size to me and looks much harder to source. Not sure if thats on purpose or not to make you buy the inserts from them. I would worry more about future availability. Lots of things use the 14mm so they will be available long into the future.
I've owned one of their segmented head thickness planers for several years. It's been very good, relatively quiet (for a planer!!) with great finish. Dust collection is really pretty good, no complaints. My only quibble is the black coating on the feed tables is wearing away a little exposing a polished surface. Appears cutter design is the same on planer and jointer.
Regarding replacement inserts, there are substitute blades available on Amazon for $20-something per 10 pack (mine needs 12 inserts, gotta buy two packs....)
I've considered their bench top jointers and view their website now and then. The Cutech company has rebranded as "Wahuda Tool" and current models have cast iron tables rather than aluminum and cutters are 4 sided now. They appear to be having Covid type supply chain issues like many manufacturers.

I've seen that same thing written about Cutech becoming Wahuda, but then I've also read it was more of a split. Both companies appear to be operating independently, at least from what I can tell.

Not the OP, but I have the Wahuda version of this jointer with the cast iron tables.
It is a good jointer and it does very well with figured woods. You can joint curly maple against the grain without tearout, though I try to avoid that since I need to plane the opposite side with straight knives. There's a lot to like, especially if you are in a cramped basement shop and have neither the room nor logistics to get a floorstanding jointer.
It did take a while to tune, and I'm wondering if I need to do a little more adjustment. Sometimes trying to get a spring joint over the edge can be hit or miss.
Some notes about it for those who are considering one:
1. The fence adjustment lever is plastic and the teeth are starting to get a little worn, so it will slip. I need to replace this with something better/more substantial.
2. The fence itself could be better. The bottom 3/4" or so is not coplanar with the rest of it. Not a big deal, I just reference higher up against the fence and always joint inside/outside to make sure the angles are complementary.
3. Dust extraction is good, but with a vacuum and dust deputy, plan to empty your bucket pretty frequently. I think the volume of chips is too high for a 2" hose and that with a true dust extractor it would be miles better.
4. The infeed table dips in the middle by a few thousandths. This isn't the end of the world, as the action happens on the outfeed.
5. Speaking of outfeed, the tables themselves are pretty short, and the extensions are just okay. I sometimes feel like I need to bear down more than I would like, just to make sure the board is staying flat on the outfeed. For me, I find that the best jointing comes from using the least amount of effort. I suspect that my results would be better/more consistent with longer infeed/outfeed tables.

Below listing specs width at 14.3mm but then references specific Cutech models, I have not purchased these as my stock carbide cutters are still sharp. Reviews state that they fit. Cutting angle is different than stock units from Cutech also.

Browsing Wahuda and Cutech websites looks like the very nice and knowledgable people I dealt with in TN are now selling as Wahuda while Cutech is in San Diego and run by the parent factory company Shinmax.
