I just finished up a HUGE Corian countertop (it was my first one) and I used my TS75 saw and OF1400. I used a triple chip blade (recommended by Festool for Corian) and I was pretty pleased. If you want a super clean cut, use a solid carbide spiral bit in your router; I used that where I needed to seam the material and it was great.
Not sure if you're building up the edges, but I had to drop the edges to 3 1/2" total thickness so I used a V Bit in the router and then miter-folded. I was originally intimidated, but it wasn't too bad and it turned out perfect.
Good Luck! Feel free to PM me if you have any questions - I got a lot of help from experts and I need to return the favor!
