After receiving my T 55 track saw yesterday and giving it a few test try's today I started thinking about knock down table ideas.  I looked at several on YouTube and on the FOG and it got my mind turning.  The first concern to address was weight and portability.  My rough idea is to build 2 ladder type tops that could be set on 2 laminated ends made from 2 pcs of 3/4" ply laminated together and splayed side to side and maybe a 15* splay outbound. The Rungs could be made from 3/4 material, radiused on edges and mortised and glued to side rails witch would be made from gluing up to pieces of 1/2" ply.  The bottom interior of the ladder rails would have 1/4" ply  bottoms, set in to form a place to catch clamps or other items.  This is a rough idea and just throwing it out there for your response or improvements that would make it better.    I am not in the field or @ a shop working anymore,,,,,,This is something to keep my mind turning and useful around the house.  Jeff--

I like the splay on the supports! Nice design. Tons of info on here for different versions of cut tables.

I have been using this design for a few years now. Breaks all down and stores flat.

. Very nice design !!  One of my favorites,  I'm about 25 cuts in on my first track saw (55REQ),  I have a temporary cut/ work table @ my church where I'm building new kitchen cabinets.  It's made out of 4 of the old base 36's that I took out with two layers of OSB on top.  It's not working out to good as @ 36" tall it's too hard to reach over and do a 24" rip.  All crosscuts are not too bad.  The other thorn in my rump is that I don't have a place to set saw and guide after cuts and the hose and cord are constantly in the way.

Thank you! My midi will just fit underneath. I can set my TS55 on top of the midi. It is not a perfect spot, but it works ok and is better than sitting it on the ground.

I'll make a temporary overhead hose/cord setup tomorrow and set an aux table behind me for the saw and track.  In the future I will take these problems into my design and add fixtures to fasten to the table.
