Cutting veneer leaves with a TS 55/75

I'm looking seriously at Festools TS 55 and TS 75 with the guide fence to handle certain tasks single-handedly more easily than on a table saw. Has anyone tried to trim a stack of veneer leaves with it?

Yes, and it works well. You still have to clamp the heck out of it though.

I was wondering could anyone help in recommending a way to join standard worktop at 90degrees. I know Hafele has a jig for this but I am sure there is a festool way.
