I ordered an 80 grit and an 180 grit grinding wheel from D-Way. I’m very pleased with the product’s quality.
The shrouds on my Baldor grinder touched the sides of the wheels. I solved the interference problem by inserting two plies of mounting tape between the halves of the shrouds. Problem solved.
Jimmie, the owner of D-Way has been extremely helpful in ordering the wheels and the bushings. It is very important to order the correct bushings as the wheels come with a 1” hole. My Baldor has a 3/4” motor shaft. My bushings fit perfectly. The wheels run with no perceivable vibration.
