Anyone found a good method for storing D150 abrasives?

One of my ideas is to use the Tanos dividers to make compartments in a Systainer 2.  The layout would be two stacks of D150 abrasives in the back with some hand sanding abrasives in the front.  Rough estimate is the 120mm dividers should hold 80 pieces of D150 abrasive in each stack.

Most reviews I found for the SYS-STF-D150 (item 497690) do not have favorable comments for the insert design.  Which is disappointing because I like the Systainer 1 with the insert for D125 or 80x133 abrasives.

As mentioned in a lot of threads here, go make your own.
Quite easy and you are able to customize to your liking...

I made the same sort of sortainers for my abrasives and sanding pads.  As a plastics distributor and fabricator I have the advantage of ABS off cuts so mine are made with .250 walls and floor and .080 dividers.  I groove the long sides and bottom in one piece with my TS55 and then vee rout where the bottom and sides will become perpendicular, heat bend and use acrylic water thin glue to form the u shape.  The 55 blades are perfect for square of the .080 to side into and then be glued with the solvent. I close the ends with the .250 ABS.  I make this sort of sortainer for my flex sanding pads also... I love the foam sanding rolls and have a box of each sizes.

Sounds great.  Do you have any photos?
