Started to joint up some external doors and only just got one of six done on Saturday and my domino  XL started playing up then died
i was using the 14mm cutter at full plunge when it happened
the cutter is sharp, it was cutting fine hooked up to a CT22
I think the armature has gone ,Does anyone know if there been any problems with them,
I've had it abut 18 month but i reckon i have not cut 500 mortices with it which doesn't fill me with confidence

I certainly can't recall many complaints about them.  You should contact Festool UK.  They should sort it out for you.

did you try it without the vac? The plug receptacle always gives me grief on my vac.

Thanks Shane I'm hoping it will be a fast turnaround as the job is held up now, they have been good in the past
