Gary - I can't thank you enough. I've had the metric Jokers and the Zyklop set on my wish list for at least a year. I now have a dent in my credit card, but not nearly as big as if I hadn't seen this message! Time to dump my old crappy wrenches..

bigred, it was my pleasure, but it was a team effort in the end.  I hadn't heard of Wera tools, much less developed an appreciation for their aura of esteem, before I fell into league with this Band of Worthies.

FWIW, I found mention of the sale at Jalopnik.com, a website with daily info of interest to the average retail amateur undifferentiated gearhead.

Dont worry, they run these kinds of sales every so often. I have seen and jumped on several in the last year. Keep an eye at Slickdeals.net and setup a Deal Alert for "wera" and youll get an email when the next one pops up.

This was a great deal but I didn't buy anything because I already had almost everything that was included in the sale. A few months ago Lee Valley had a sale on Wera and I bought over $1,000 worth of drivers, ratchet sets, and wrenches. I'm very pleased with the quality of the Wera tools.
