Decent deal on Milwaukee M18 router

If you have been thinking about adding the M18 cordless trim router this a decent deal at Home Depot. $199 for the router, two 5.0 batteries and a charger. The normal price for the router is $199

The combo is on one SKU so you can’t return the batteries and get a lower price on the router. If you don’t need or want the batteries better to wait for a free tool deal.

They have pretty much the same deal on the Dewalt Router too (although its a 6Ah and a 4Ah battery)  in case you like Yellow (and American) instead of Red.

Haha! I was thinking are you “crazy” - and it was non pun intended! Until I realised.. [big grin]

In the US maybe.. in Europe I’ve seen, and bought myself; the Makita with all the bases except the offset base (which I later bought) ~ to roughly $250 (we pay $300 incl. tax)
That’s bare tool in Makpac with bases. Surprisingly it’s a tool I have used a whole lot more than I initially thought.. so I’d advise similar in the battery platform you have..

Then, I’ll bet hard that Festool will release a battery version similar to “all” other brands too soon - they cannot stay without one.. and most likely it will more or less replace MFK 500/700
