Detailed Kapex armature replacement guide

Does anyone have a link to the excellent armature replacement guide for the Kapex 120? It's from 2010 I think. I can't find the original post and the pdf link that people post here is corrupted. The latest video is of no use to me as it starts with the saw in bits already. Any help would be greatly appreciated, new armature and brushes arrive in a couple of days. Thanks in advance.

I'd start with checking the condition of the brushes, that may be an easy & inexpensive fix.

I totally get your frustration! I had a tough time tracking down a good armature replacement guide for my Kapex 120 too. I ended up finding some helpful info buried in a woodworking forum where folks had shared their own experiences. Some members had links to working PDFs that were a lifesaver. If you want, I can share the steps I used when I replaced mine.
