Df 500 domino

Hi

I work with the DF500 on a regular basis and found it a little difficult when there is inadequate lighting, it would be a great enhancement on a already nice machine if there was some sort of work light which will light up the front of the machine.

I think I've seen a video in which someone improvised and added a (corded) LED light to his router. It's certainly a nice feature for routers, domino joiners and the like.

This is Veritas' solution to its plunge base:https://www.leevalley.com/en-ca/sho...ing/110491-task-light-for-veritas-plunge-base  The only weakness to it is that the light uses batteries, and for prolonged uses, I need to replace the batteries more often than desired. I sometimes use a sewing machine flexible goose neck LED light (dirt cheap under $10) as a task light (for routing, DF mortising, hand sawing, etc.).
